Flip Flop Handymen

We have used flip flop handymen for several flooring projects. Tiling our lanai and reflooring our entire condo. They were efficient, affordable and reliable. We would use them again and highly recommend them.

Have done 2 projects with them. Both were perfect in every way. They went above and beyond and stayed within budget. We had one small surprise and they called right away to let us know what was going on. And asked for permission to fix an unexpected issue

Don did a fantastic job on our complete gut renovation of our kitchen, and bathroom. He took the time to secure the permits for our historic building, and proceeded to do an amazing job with both projects. We highly recommend him for any of your home remodeling needs. 10 stars! Thank you Don!

I needed some work done on a few odd jobs around the house- installing a door handle, wiring and hanging a light, etc. I reached out to the Flip Flop Handymen and was very glad I did. My request was answered promptly, I explained the project, and Don arrived at our house when he said he would. He quickly took a look at the projects and went right to work. The work was first rate and very much the work of a knowledged proffesional. Once completed, everything looked exactly as I'd hoped. I was pleased, as well, that the cost of the job was exactly what he'd estimated. Personally, Don was nicely dressed, courteous, friendly and always professional. It's not often I'm surprised, but I was definitely happily surprised by not only the work but the price, as well, on this job. Erick did a excellent job on my front entrance and pergola! He had custom wood cut to ensure it was solid, sturdy and met hurricane codes.

Erick has done a fantastic remodel of my bathroom, along with many other tedious jobs over the years that most companies won't bother with. I've had trees cut down, overgrown bushes trimmed, exterior of home power washed & painted, broken windows & cranks fixed, fans & security cameras installed, etc.... always quick to respond & always fair priced! I have had Don do work with me for years: Decks, kitchen remodel, architectural design, framing, drywall .... you name it. Don will not steer you wrong and make you consider every option for your task ... and the pros and cons of each. You can't go wrong!

Don served as our GC for a full house renovation. He did a wonderful job overseeing all aspects of our project. He is incredibly knowledgable and his insights on both construction and design were invaluable as we went through the process. Personally, he's a great guy who is both easy and fun to work with. Flip Flop Handymen are the best! I contacted Don because I was looking for a professional tile installer to install porcelain tile on my lunai floor. I do not live in Sarasota full time so I really needed a company I could trust to do the job right the first time. I did a google search and found Flip Flop handymen. I called Don and he answered right away, I asked him if he could go to my place and evaluate the floor for tile. The floor had old carpet squares as you can see in my before photos (which I pulled up myself). Once the carpet squares had been removed the concrete floor was sticky and gross. Don came in and used a solution to get the glue off the concrete floor. The entire job was completed in 2 1/2 days and I couldn't be happier. If you are looking for professional, responsive and quality work for a great value you need to look no further. Don is now my complete handyman who will be doing many other projects in my home. Don Evans from Flip Flop Handymen is 5 stars all the way! I highly recommend this company.

Responded quickly to our first contact and made fantastic recommendations for our project (floating shelves). When the shelving arrived they showed up within a few days and got our project beautifully completed (along with 2 other jobs we dreamt up). A fair price, great, friendly service, and Don & Eric are thoroughly professional. We *will* call them for our next project.

I hired Don and Erik to do some work around my business, build a compressor room, flooring and lighting. They are professional, on time, fair priced and their attention to detail is by far the best. Highly recommended.
